How to Talk with Your Children About Differences: Parents may not realize that young children “see diversity” and that research confirms that awareness of differences starts early. Dr. Paula Stanton and Ms. Meredith Heldt, from the HCPS Office of Equity and Cultural Proficiency, share information on how to communicate with your children intentionally about differences and how to help them embrace diversity.
